Sometimes, you can have it all. Therapists thoroughly massage every muscle fiber, seeking and releasing trigger points, improving range of motion and ridding the body of stress. This two hour session offers enough time to open up muscles and allow for firm touch while decreasing pain.
Often Referred to as Lazy Man’s Yoga, Thai Massage combines stretching and compressions to target tense muscle groups and lengthen the body. Your therapist will use a series of movements to push past physical limitations. This technique hails from Thailand and has been used for centuries. Thai Massage is not for the faint of heart, as the body is oftentimes manipulated to expose the most troubled areas.

Our foot soaking stations are equipped with luxury massage chairs, which means you get double the attention while your therapist performs intentional massage on the calves, ankles and feet.

A 90 minute foot service. This treatment starts with a soak followed by the use of hot towels, a foot scrub and some hot stones. Top it all off with a foot massage and you’ll be back on your feet in no time. This service embodies exactly what we envisioned for the perfect foot treatment service!

Fire Cupping, or Sport Cupping, is the ancient method of using negative pressure to lift and separate tissue. Where traditional Swedish massage utilizes downward pressure, cupping employs suction to bring stagnant blood to the surface and promote the circulation of fluid.
GUA SHA FACIAL MASSAGE $50 | 30 MIN
This add on utilizes a special stone tool that rids tension from the face. Great for folks who grind their teeth at night or get chronic headaches. Bonus, this ancient method is said to make you age in reverse!
HEMP DREAMS $95 | 1 HOUR 15 MIN
A hemp bath bomb helps soothe aches and pains, topped off with a sugar scrub, hot stone massage and pain-relieving creme
HOT STONES (ADD ON FOR $20)
Hot stones deliver heat to the deepest muscles of the body. A great way to keep warm in the cold, winter months, while specifically targeting stubborn muscles.
KINESIOLOGY TAPING $50 | 30 MIN
K Tape is an awesome practice that uses special tape applied to clean, smooth skin in order to help improve range of motion, decrease pain in a centralized location, lift tissue and encourage circulation. Beneficial for reposturing shoulders and correcting plantar fasciitis. Most commonly seen on Olympic volley ballers.
